By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 685 platform — including the website, mobile app and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are advised not to continue using the platform.
These Terms apply to all 685 platform users without exception, including guest browsers, registered users and active members. 685 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and users are responsible for reviewing this document periodically to ensure ongoing compliance with the latest version.
Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the685 platform. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balance. During registration, you are required to provide your full name, a valid phone number and any other required details accurately and honestly.
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. 685 will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
All financial transactions on the 685 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the funds used for deposits are legally yours and from legitimate source. 685 does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of other users.
The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. Accepted payment methods include FPX (internet banking with all major Malaysian banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay. All deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider.
Withdrawals may only be made to a verified Malaysian bank account held in the registered user's name. 685 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal for compliance and fraud prevention purposes. Withdrawal processing time is within 24 working hours of approval. 685 is not liable for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.
Any bonuses or promotions offered by 685 are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion. Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim registration bonuses — may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure without notice. 685 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus obtained through illegitimate means.
685 provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 685 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, data loss or device damage.
Users acknowledge that betting and gaming activities carry the risk of financial loss. 685 makes no guarantees regarding game outcomes or financial returns. Users bet at their own risk and are solely responsible for their financial decisions.
All content on the 685 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the exclusive property of 685 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, or exploiting any part of the platform's content without prior written consent from 685.
The 685 platform may utilise third-party services such as payment providers and game suppliers. 685 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use or actions of such third parties. Users are encouraged to review the relevant service providers' terms separately.
685 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a user's account for investigation purposes when suspicious activity, third-party complaints or suspected breaches of terms are detected. During the suspension period, access to the account and funds may be restricted until the investigation is concluded. Users will be contacted via their registered email for further information.
Accounts may be permanently closed at a user's request or by 685 on grounds including confirmed fraud, platform abuse, serious breach of terms or compliance with a legal order. In cases of closure due to a breach, any remaining balance may be forfeited at 685's discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
685 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through the competent courts of Malaysia. Should any provision of this document be found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
